Well, we made it home! It was a really fun vacation, but we were definetly ready to come home. Day 1 we traveled and went to Huntington Beach. Brady had a great time playing in the sand...the water was still pretty chilly! The whole week the weather was cloudy and chilly in the morning, but the sun usually came out later in the afternoon. Day 2 we went to Universal Studios. It was a long drive to get there, but it was fun. I wasn't able to go on any rides (except the backlot tram tour). Steve went on lots of rides by himself

. We met Sponge Bob, Princess Fiona, Fivel (fr

om An American Tail), and Woody Woodpecker. After Universal, we drove back to the hotel the long way and stopped by the LA temple grounds. Very pretty! Days 3-5 we went to Disneyland. Our hotel was within walking distance which was nice. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and dinner out. We met Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Buzz Lightyear, and a few others. Brady liked going on rides. He really enjoyed the Dumbo ride the most. He lost a sandal in the water when we were getting off of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. We had fun at A Bugs Land in California Adventure.

Again, Steve had to do all the big rides on his own, which gave Brady and I time to rest and get hydrated. Once, while we were waiting for the Monorail, a bird pooped on a little boy's head and we let him have a baby wipe to clean it off. Day 6, our last full day, was a beach day. We decided to drive to Newport Beach and since it was a Sunday, drop by the Newport Beach temple grounds if they were open. We got some great pictures of the temple. As we were driving to the actual beach, we saw a woman on the sidewalk who had tattoos up and down both legs. It made me a little nervous, so I suggested that we head over to Laguna Beach. We'd been there before and I felt a little safer there. We had a lot of fun. Brady played with his beach toys and I read a book. Day 7 was spent traveling home. We made it home by 5 pm, very exhausted. Last night was the best night's sleep we all had in a week. All in all, we had a great time. We have so many more pictures, but not enough room to post them all. I may post more another time so keep checking back!

How fun! I have never loved Disneyland like I did when we took Kamri! You see it through a child's eyes and it changes everything! I am so glad that you posted your pictures I loved to see them! Make sure that you do post more so I can see them! Hope all is well in the baby department!
