HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

7 years of wedded bliss. Wow, it's gone by fast! We've had our trials and sadness, but it's been a great experience. I can't imagine spending my life and the eternities with anyone else. He's my best friend, the love of my life.

Steve and I met on a blind date in January 2002. My friend from high school was engaged to Steve's brother at that time and they set us up. We dated long-distance for about 6 months. He was going to school in Logan and I was working in Layton. We saw each other every weekend and sometimes during the week while we dated. He proposed on May 18, 2002. It was nighttime and he took me up to the Bountiful Temple grounds. We parked outside the gate on the West side where you can look over the valley below. I was blindfolded and had no idea where we were. He helped me out of the car and took off the blindfold and I was facing the valley. He whispered something very special to me and turned me around to face the temple. The next thing he said, you might recognize from the movie "American Outlaws", "Come live in my heart and in my home. Be my wife." We were married on August 9, 2002 for time and all eternity in the Bountiful Utah temple. 7 years later, we still love each other just as much if not more than the day we met. We have the most amazing kids and home. I look forward to what the next 7 years (and beyond) has in store for us. Love you Sweetheart, with everything I have! Thank you for all you do for me.
