Finally...

...An Update!
Holding hands

The boys are best friends. They love each other so much!

Their first tub together. Splish-splash!

I wanted to wait to update again until after I set my blog to private. So here's what we've been up to! We took the boys to the Hogle Zoo and the Living Planet Aquarium in May. We had a great time! Brady loved seeing the animals and making animal sounds.

Jackson has started scooting. He looks so cute! I can't believe he's 8 months old now (well, almost). He weighs about 19 lbs and his hair is starting to grow in a little more. He's such a good baby! Brady talks so well! It's so fun to have a "conversation" with him. He loves to share his toys with Jackson. They're great with each other.
We've been spending a lot of time outside now that it's stopped raining. Steve has been really good about keeping the lawn mowed so we can play. The other day, he found a snake in the yard. Ewwwww... Gross! It totally creeps me out.

We also had some fun at the Lehi City Round up. Brady rode a pony again and loved it. He thought he was a cowboy and now says "Yeehaw". I love it! Jackson sat on a pony for a little while but didn't like it too much. He cried. We did the petting zoo and had lunch at the park. It was a great day.

I also wanted to tell my dad and Steve HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! I love them both so much. They are both great fathers and I know that I've got the best dad ever and the best husband in the whole wide world. They mean everything to me! We got Steve the drum set to the video game Rockband. He played the drums in high school and we have his old drum set in the basement so this has been fun for him.

We spent some time with my inlaws this last weekend for the 4th of July. They were headed to Provo for Stadium of Fire and wanted to do lunch and the Dinosaur Museum with us. We had a great time.

We went to the Energy Solutions Arena for the 2009 NBA Draft Party. It was a lot of fun. The boys enjoyed themselves. Brady got a hot dog and ate it pretty well. We saw the Jazz Bear (Brady wanted to see him but when we got close, he would get scared.) and the Jazz Dancers. Last week, there was also an autograph signing at a Fanzz store in West Jordan. Ronnie Price (#17) was there and we got him to sign a little basketball that we bought for the boys. We had a lot of fun... I think we got some pretty good players. I can't wait for the season to start!

I also got a new calling. I’m the Achievement Days Leader for the 9 year old girls. Tonight was my first night with them and we had a great time. It will be a fun calling.

I’m sure more has happened that I can’t remember, but oh well. Now that we’re a private blog and I’m semi-caught up, I’ll update more often. I’ll shoot for once a week!
