Edited post...

Hi Everyone! I decided to just stick to the basics on this post. So, what was formerly called "the mama bear" is now this. I'll update again soon!

First things first... I had my 24 week appointment today. Everything went very well. The baby's heart rate is at 169 and my belly measures 24 cm which is right on track (darn it... I would love to have them change my due date.). My blood pressure was great too. Brady came with me and was very good during the whole appointment. They gave me the paper work for my next set of lab work (and the delicious GLUCOLA) which will test for gestational diabetes. I'm confident that all will be well. My next appointment is in about 4 weeks. I can't believe how fast it's going by!

I'm glad everything is great! Sorry about Brady getting kicked or whatever. That is sad. I think you handled it great. That's probably what I would have done. The Mom should have been closer to keep an eye on her kids. I have the same feelings you do about my kids. I don't want them to get hurt, or be the outcast, or come home crying because they don't have friends. That would tear me apart. I always worry and i know that I have to let them learn. All you can do is be an example to them and pray that things will turn out good. I think every mother goes through this. You are a great Mother, you're doing a good job!

I think that you handled it the way it should have been handled! If I were the other mother I would have made sure to come over and appologize to you and make my little s*h%t appologize as well! I am TOTALLY with you on all of the stuff you said! I am so protective of Kamri... but I have found I have loosened up a bit as the years go by! I still don't want my daughter to have her feelings hurt and see her in pain... but we have all been through it and have survived... our children have to do it too... even though I would be glad to take on as much of the pain she will ever feel in this world so that she doesn't have to go through it... but that is life, crappy sometimes but we have to do it!

Hey I will totally let you know if I have a party! That would be fun to get a group together to go see the movie when it comes out. Let me know!!! I'm so excited, so glad I read the books! I'm obsessed, I know! =) I wrote in you yearbook that we sluffed a lot??? I don't remember, did we sluff with Cathy? That is so crazy, I have one crappy memory, that's for sure. =)
